    Roast for 45 minutes to an hour.
    The tomatoes should charge the longer the tomatoes are left in the stove.
    The feeling will get more intense and fertile the complete pan.
    Drizzle the tomatoes lightly with olive oil and infuse, and drop with light herbs if desired (use thyme, sage, oregano or garlic, lonely or in combination).
    Slice tomatoes (desirable tomatoes work best) creep slices.
    Pack tightly together on the pan; ideally the tomatoes should be shrivelled and dehydrated without burning.
